The website

Hello everyone. Blogging does not feel normal to me, I can talk for ever when I am face to face with people. But expressing how I feel in words does not come natural. But, I would like to start somewhere and see if can improve.

Firstly, how are you all feeling and how are you getting on with the workouts. I wanted to design the website to help many people become active from the comfort of their own home. Its not always about exercise to look good, but also about keeping ourselves healthy.

My son who is only 21, designed and developed the website for me. I told him what I wanted to do and over the past 18 months, he has worked extremely hard, alongside his day job, to build the website from scratch with different codings etc. While he was building the website, alongside my day and evening jobs, I spent the past 18 months filming different workouts and asking ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities, to join me in the making of the videos. Not only did I film exercise videos but helped ladies and gents look at the food they was eating to help with their healthy living. I am a qualified weight and nutritionist, but my passion and knowledge for the subject is not as strong as being active. I can stand in front of 100's of people and lead them to dance and move. But when it comes to coaching others to eat healthy food, I have no idea of how to motivate at all. But somehow by using calorie deficit and looking at nutritional food, I was able to offer a private group on FaceBook, different food ideas and help them to interact with each other and reach their food goals. From the group I was able to put together a selection of food ideas for the website.

So I don't know how to end this blog. This is my dream, to help others achieve a healthy and active life for their future selfs. Being able to team up with other people such as Bev from WW, has been truly wonderful. Her knowledge of food and her motivation and coaching skills are beyond words. Bev's food motivation and my activity motivation, can only help all of you become the best version of yourselves ever.
