How Do you know what your eating is truly helping you on your weight loss journey ??

When end I have people what They feel is healthy eating. I was surprised to be told, just eating fruit for late break at 11am. A sing wrap mid afternoon and sausage with a few a chips for tea 🙈🙈🙈

Not everyone is educated when it comes to healthy eating.

My 3 tips I can give you is

1. Fruit for breakfast .. pick your fruit and add your cereal. Eat them both at same time and within hour of waking up.

2. SALAD for Lunch. Add as much variety of salad on your plate or in a box. Not just lettuce and tomatoes and cucumbe, explore. Trying things like avocado, cabbage, olives, peppers and mushrooms in a salad too. Then add your chicken or fish or egg. Choose from wholemeal bread or wrap... or have without. Maybe add some beans and lentils to the dish. Think about adding some berries and nuts to the lunch too.

3. VEG for dinner. Thin of as much variety of veg that you can. Broccol, Cauliflower, carrot, peas, bean, cabbage, sweet potatoes and now choose your fish or chicken to go with the meal.

Always make sure you drink at least 2.5litres of water each day.
