Personal Training is for everyone, no matter your age, shape, size or fitness levels.  Individual plans can be tailored to fit around your current life style and made achievable for your current ability. 

I have worked with clients who suffer from joint problems, fatigue and excessive weight gain.


It is important that I relate to each of your needs to ensure you feel 100% valued and made sure you know your appreciated and that I understand what level of approach you need to succeed with your goal.

My aim is to help you regain a healthy life style that you feel happy with. I like to work with a 'no pressure' approach.

Sessions are at my home based gym, in private settings on Ashmore Park in Wednesfield.


Each session is 40 minutes.

£25.00 per session.

£35.00, per session for couple training.

Book as a 1-2-1 or in small groups of up to 4 people.
